
Air India Express, a low-cost subsidiary of Air India, and a Tata enterprise, has announced the introduction of flights from Jodhpur and Udaipur, taking its rapidly growing network to 60 destinations.
In a press statement, Air India Express says that starting November 1, the airline will operate daily direct flights connecting both cities to Delhi, the national capital and Bengaluru, the largest hub of Air India Express. These additions are part of Air India Express’ Winter Schedule 2025. Bookings are now open on the airline’s website, mobile app and other major booking channels.
In a press statement Air India Express says that this network expansion brings direct access to two of Rajasthan’s most iconic destinations Jodhpur, the famed ‘Blue City’ known for its majestic forts and vibrant culture, and Udaipur, the ‘City of Lakes’, celebrated for its palaces, serene lakes, and timeless art traditions. These new connections will open greater opportunities for tourism, trade, education, and cultural exchange between these cities and India’s key metros.
In addition to booking flights, travellers can also take advantage of Air India Express’ ‘Xpress Holidays’ platform, offering curated holiday packages, including accommodation, transport, and activities. ‘Xpress Holidays’ can be easily accessed at the Product and Services section on the airline’s website.
According to the statement, Air India Express operates more than 440 weekly flights from Bengaluru connecting directly to 36 domestic destinations including Ahmedabad, Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar etc and From Delhi Air India Express operates 288 weekly flights from Delhi connecting directly to 20 domestic destinations including Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar and Chennai.
